Went to MOA this afternoon for loading gcash and to buy groceries so I can cook decent meals since I'm still staying at the apartment. I was into putting stuff into my cart and when I was paying at the cashier, I was shocked that everything summed up to 7 bags. It was really heavy!!! Good thing there was a guy from SM that helped me carry some of them as well as a certain girl from the line. Thanks so much for being generous to help a stranger :)
So when I got home, I organized the stuff I bought and decided to cook Chopsuey for dinner. I did not ask for steps from mother. What I thought of was to use oyster sauce and magic sarap for the sauce. Here's what did:
Ingredients:
Chopsuey vegetables (already packed from the vegetable section)
garlic
oyster sauce
maggi magic sarap
Steps:
I sauteed some garlic for few minutes. Then i added the vegetables along with oyster sauce and half glass of water. I put an entire 8g pack of maggi magic sarap and just let it simmer for some time until the carrots is soft to eat (i think it was the hardest veggie from the set).
Never thought that it would be this easy. I am already done eating dinner upon writing this actually and I was satisfied with the result. Hopefully I can try preparing other vegetable dishes after this :)
