Endings aren't always bad, though many of us have been trained to believe just that. When something ends, it always means that there's open space for something new to begin. Right now, your relationships are definitely starting to change, probably including some endings, but this is good for all in the long term. Don't lay down the law, as this can only lead to extremely unproductive conflict. You can ride out this current wave of change.
